Marysville Farmers Market
Come out and support the Marysville Farmer’s Market/Bethany Market – Open the 2nd Wednesday of the month, 2pm-5:00pm (April through November) with vendors located both indoors and outdoors. The Bethany kitchen is open during the Market hours with homemade soup and other food items for sale to eat in or take home. Things you may find at the Market are Farm Produce (seasonal, when available), local Honey and related items, unusual gifts, painted rocks, bakery treats and goodies, jewelry, hand crocheted items as well as items for the collector.

You may call 717-957-2030 for more information on becoming a vendor (indoor and outdoor spaces available; choose one month only, or become a regular vendor. The terms/conditions for spaces are as follows (you will be required to sign an agreement that has this information on it):
- Bethany UMC shall make available to (Vendor/User):
A limited number of spaces/tables Wednesdays from 2:00pm to 5:00pm for the purpose of a Farmer’s Market. Each vendor/user is limited to a maximum of one space/table, provided by Bethany UMC (see below for space details).
Bethany UMC shall make available to (Vendor/User) – Choose ONE option below:
Option A: A space, located inside the church building/lower level, 400 Lansvale Street, Marysville, PA, on _____________ of the year __ for the purpose of a Farmer’s Market. The vendor/user proposes to sell: ______________________.
Option B: A space, located inside the church building/lower level, 400 Lansvale Street, Marysville, PA every month from ____to______ of the year_________ for the purpose of a Farmer’s Market. The vendor/user proposes to sell ___________________________________________________________.
Option C: An outdoor space either on church lawn frontage or in our empty lot, located on the intersection of Lansvale St. and Church St. Marysville, PA on _____ of the year_________ for the purpose of a Farmer’s Market. The vendor/user proposes to sell ___________________________________________________.
Note: Bethany UMC does not provide tables/canopies for outdoor spaces.
Option D: An outdoor space either on church lawn frontage or in our empty lot, located on the intersection of Lansvale St. and Church St. Marysville, PA monthly from ____to______ of the year_________ for the purpose of a Farmer’s Market. The vendor/user proposes to sell _____________________.

- The Farmer’s Market will be open from 2pm-5:00pm on the 2nd Wednesday of the month. The Vendor/User may arrive any time after 1 pm to set up and will be cleaned up by 5:30pm unless alternate arrangements are made. Cancellation due to weather or personal concerns is at the discretion of the Vendor/User, please give notice to Bethany UMC if you are unable to attend any week.
- This space is offered free of charge. A goodwill donation may be made to Bethany UMC.
- Bethany UMC and other organizations do utilize the lower level of the building throughout the week. Bethany UMC will not be held responsible for any items left week-to-week by vendor/user.
- Vendor/User agrees to indemnity and hold Bethany UMC harmless from any and all liability including attorney’s fees arising out of Vendor/Users use of the above premises or the building of which the facilities are a part or the parking facilities on or adjacent thereto (hereinafter “the facilities”).
- Vendor/User understands that the responsibility to obtain liability and property insurance is upon the Vendor/User. It is not the duty or responsibility of Bethany UMC to insure the Vendor/User’s use of the facilities. It is recommended that the Vendor/User obtains its own liability and property coverage for its use of the facilities.
- Vendor/User agrees to abide by and obey all laws, ordinances, and regulations promulgated by any government unit having jurisdiction in Bethany UMC’s locale; Vendor/User will not engage in any activities in violation of such laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
a. Vendor/Users are responsible for removing their own garbage and acknowledge recognition that the dumpster at the corner of the property is not owned by the church and fines may be incurred by any party that puts trash in it.
b. Vendor/Users will not sell or promote alcohol, illegal substances, gambling or pornography, in keeping with the social principles of Bethany UMC. - Vendor/User requests (Bethany UMC will attempt to honor requests, if possible):
